Bold Reflection: Don't miss the doorway to flow

The blog where families find flow and learn to learn.

Thoughts & Reflections

Consider jotting down a few notes, perhaps in a journal or notebook.

Don't miss the doorway to flow

Do your children have a tell so you know a brain break is needed? What is it? It might be a way they hold their body or particular words they say.

What brain break categories look most appealing? Why?

Are there any that you feel need more explanation or additional examples? Let me know.

What did you try or what do you want to try?

If flow is our goal, we can’t skip the stage two passageway of a brain break. Talk to your kids about why breaks like these are important and then do them. I’d love to hear the story of when your kids find flow on the other side.
